Yes, we do sell the general public. You can save up to 50% on your bead purchases by buying online.

Do you have a printed catalog?
No, we don't. This site will be far more accurate than any catalog could be. We update, and add photos of new beads weekly. By trying to stay as green as possible, we have cut our paper needs in half and lowered our overhead to pass along the savings to you.

Do the photos on this site accurately reflect the quality of the merchandise?
Our photos are taken directly from the exact merchandise we are selling. Photo quality MAY distort the actual look of the item. It is important to remember that most of our items are NATURAL. Nothing in nature is perfect; that's the beauty of it. A photograph of one strand will not look like the strand next to it. Our photos reflect the OVERALL quality of the item. We do not high grade the beads we are shooting for the website.

What is your policy on quantity price breaks?
Individual categories assort together for price breaks. For example, if you purchase 25 or more strands in any combination of semiprecious strands you will receive the 25+ price for each strand. Price breaks are applicable only to IN-STOCK items. Close out beads do not assort.

What payment types do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover. Of course, the ever popular Pay Pal, (Thank you, BB), fresh veggies, and labor. We also accept money orders and personal checks. Orders paid by money order are shipped upon receipt of payment. Orders paid by check are shipped once your check clears (usually 3-5 business days).

What is your return policy?
Return any item in its original condition and quantity within 14 days of the invoice date for your choice of full refund or credit. Price breaks will be re-calculated. We do not refund the original or return shipping costs. We do not do exchanges.
